Syntroleum’s senior management team brings significant experience from high-level posts at a wide range of oil & gas industry leaders:

 

 

Edward G. (Gary) Roth, President and Chief Executive Officer

Gary Roth became President and Chief Operating Officer at Syntroleum in 2007. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President of Engineering and Technology. He has an extensive background in the oil and gas industry and came to Syntroleum from Petrofac Incorporated where he was President and Chief Operating Officer.

 

 

Karen L. Gallagher, Senior Vice President and Principal Financial Officer

Karen L. Gallagher became Senior Vice President and Principal Financial Officer in 2007. Prior to joining Syntroleum, Ms. Gallagher spent over 25 years in the banking and public accounting industries and was most recently Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Compliance Officer and Cashier for Summit Bank. She is also a certified public accountant.

 

 

Ronald E. Stinebaugh, Senior Vice President, Finance and Acquisitions

Ronald Stinebaugh is Senior Vice President of Finance and Acquisitions. Before joining Syntroleum, he served as Director of Investment Banking for The Integrated Energy Group at ABN AMRO Inc., and Vice President of Investment Banking for Energy Group at Prudential Securities.

 

 

Jeffery M. Bigger, Senior Vice President, Business Development

Mr. Bigger joined Syntroleum in 2000 as Business Development Manager and was appointed Vice President, Engineering in 2002. Mr. Bigger brought the company 23 years of experience in management of research, engineering, design and optimization of oil, gas and chemical production facilities. As ARCO’s Dallas-based Gas-to-Liquids Technology Manager, he was responsible for that company’s GTL program, including research, engineering, pilot plant and commercialization efforts. Mr. Bigger also served as Facility Engineering Manager for ARCO E&P Technology, Process Engineering Manager for ARCO Oil and Gas, and Area Facility Engineer for ARCO Alaska. He was Process Engineering Group Leader for ARCO Chemical and was a Process Engineer for Oxirane and Rohm & Haas. Mr. Bigger has a B.S. Degree in Chemical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology.
